Job: IT Specialist

The IT specialist will be responsible for maintaining and
improving the client’s portfolio’s IT infrastructure (networks, firewalls, routers, switches, servers, telephony & AV systems), & troubleshooting IT issues for client properties and on-site team members, and implementing new IT solutions to optimize client site operations. Overseeing the IT help desk for the entire portfolio and the related reporting. Additionally, will be responsible for tracking & reporting on the progress of IT initiatives and projects, and assisting with annual budgeting for the portfolio’s IT CAPEX & OPEX.

Requirement:
·        Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· Project/ Program Management.
·        6+ in a similar role, for a high-performance environment such as hotel / critical infrastructure e.g. airport / VIP property.
·        Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
·        Excellent knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
·        Experience with network management and monitoring tools.
·        Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
·        Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·        Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CISSP, CompTIA A+) are a plus.
